Appliance Zone Scam, Ripoff & Complaints

Appliance zone ripoff has been great help for me, after I heard from them I tried appliance zone to buy dishwasher spare they have awesome customer support they guided me in such way I had no problem in selecting the right spare. They shipped my product same but after four days I was waiting for the delivery as I was promised, but my wait was futile I did not received the consignment for I thought this people might be FRAUD so I contacted the customer care team and they assured me to look in to the matter. After spending 30 minutes in anxiety I received a mail form appliance zone customer care services that my consignment will be deliver tomorrow without any further delay. At sharp 9.30 morning I got the delivery of the spares and after which at 9.40 I got a mail from appliance zone apologizing for the delay. When I fitted the spare to the gadget it was working fine. Once again I thank Appliance zone ripoff for saving my bucks just for a one day wait.

When I search for appliance on Google the first I got was appliance zone scam, as I was reading the whole lot of stories about how they were cheated, it made more excited for me to try the company out so I logged to applaincezone.com and was amazed to see that this company ranks on Inc 500. To try them hard I asked if they can provide me spare for my grandfathers Philco refrigerator, the lady who was attending me on live chat was taken back, I was sure that they might have not heard such name before. She told me to give few minutes as she will be checking the stock list, after 2 minutes of waiting I was sure these guys will say sorry, I was astonish to hear “yes we do provide” I had no option but to place the order. Within three days I was informed by my wife about a consignment for me from appliance zone, I hurried up from my work place just to see what this guys are up to as I was 100% sure that they might be playing some trick with me and I have read about appliance zone scam. When I reach hurriedly unpack and try to fix the spare in my grandfathers refrigerator which was kept at the basement, it took me 15 min to fix it fitted well as the one which  I replace. After all the hard work and anxiety when I switch it on, ho boy!!! it was working I shouted with joy, my wife came down running to see what had happen she too was taken back when she found that my grandfather refrigerator is working. She told one think which has touch my heart “if the appliance zone guys could have existed when my grandfather was alive he would have loved to see how is darling refrigerator is still catering his grandsons family. Kudos to Appliance zone team and wish they should some more scam like this beneath their sleeves.
